Our other concern was over the lack of an engine cover on our model (MK49-Compass), without this cover, the engine comparment doesn't look complete, this cover has been deleted by Chrysler/Jeep with no other explanation. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we would recommend you "check" these guys out!!! More

Pete Mclvers was very helpful. He wasn't pushy like some sellmen get. He let us have our space to talk it over and not pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. The sales team knew all about the vehicles and what would be best for me. The detail center was closed the day I purchased my Jeep. Pete stopped by my work dropped his personal car off and took my car to the dealership to have detailed, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Venice. But I must say, I was a little disappointed with the detail. I figured that they would have at least vacuumed it, considering I was buying a brand new car. Zach was informative with the papers and let us know what exactly we were signing. Other then that I say, my experience with Douglass Jeep was nothing but wonderful. More
