I brought my car back in for a thudding noise in the front driver's side because the noise still hadn't gone away after previously having the car checked and tires rotated. While the mechanic was working on my Chrysler 200, Tim checked on the progress and was told it was going to be several more hours, so since there were no loaner cars available, he arranged with Pete McIvers for me to use his vehicle to go to lunch and shop. Now that's SERVICE! Pete sold us our mini van, our second vehicle purchased at Douglas Chrysler Jeep, ; certainly it was a surprise and a generous thing for Pete to do. I drive about 45 minutes to purchase and service our vehicles at Douglas Chrysler Jeep because of the excellent service from Tim Racco and Pete McIvers and the very warm, friendly staff. We went to this dealership because it had a great selection of 2011-2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivans. We talked some with Marty who was in training and was very polite and showed us a few vehic selection of 2011-2012 Chrysler Town & Country minivans. Pete Mcivers was overseeing Marty's efforts with us and came over and asked what we were looking for. We told him the models, years, colors, etc. we wanted and he took us to the back of the showroom to show us a vehicle that came in a day or two before and hadn't yet been detailed or advertised but matched almost perfectly our list of the things we wanted in our new minivan. Pete is very well informed of the dealership's inventory and is very efficient with his time and the time of his customers. After the test drive we negotiated some and then put a deposit down on the vehicle and agreed to return the next day to pay the balance due and to pick up the vehicle after it was detailed. All in all it was a very positive experience and we will recommend to friends the dealership and Pete Mcivers, as well as Zack Jones who handled the financial paperwork and payments with efficiency and knowledge.
