We walked in and were "JUST LOOKING" and Dean came out with his card.. We left and came back and asked for Dean and because he was busy already.. Instead of making us wait..(which we would have because we know how commission goes).. He introduce us to David to complete the sale. I was very impressed with everyone involved in this sale including the finance man with the initial TRY and the young man who went over all the paper work with us. Not sure of his name (he told a and I forgot ..sorry) but he just moved here with his girlfriend from Michigan I believe. I felt like I was sitting in that office with my family. I felt like I needed to write this because so many people are so quick to say the bad about a business... Well... Craig Nereim was the first salesperson that told me he was not going to pressure me and he didn't. Before we went on our test drive he explained every option the car had. I never had a salesperson that took the time to tell me that, before only a test drive. From the time I took my test drive to when we closed our deal was six weeks. In that time Craig called three times to see how the financial arrangements that my wife and I were working on were coming along. Once again there was no pressure on the phone to hurry up. The day we closed the deal Craig was talking to another customer so Pete McIver worked with us and we then talked to the both of them. I believe they worked with me until we reached a price that was agreeable for the both of us. These talks did not take hours, it was done in a short period of time. My tint was added to my 300C and my wife and I were very happy with the work that John in the tint shop did. We would recommend Craig, Brian the service advisor and Douglas Jeep Chrysler to any of our family and friends if they were interested.
