I found Bert through your internet site which by the way worked better than any other dealership. It was the only one with actual pictures of vehicles and actual prices. Buying habits are changing and the information from other dealerships where not enough to help me through the process. I was introduced to your dealership through your internet program and that was managed by Bert Desmond. I have been a VP of a large selling organization for 17 years and car buying has usually been a poor buying experience. Bert was awesome from the first call and did a great job of bringing me to Douglas. I was a huge pain to deal with and spent the entire day at the dealership.
