Hassle free I was referred to Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge when shopping for a new Dodge truck. My experience with a local dealership was less than satisfactory, s I was referred to Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge when shopping for a new Dodge truck. My experience with a local dealership was less than satisfactory, so I called and talked with Josh Scutt. Within an hour, he called to let me know the truck I wanted would have to be ordered, which was not a problem; and worked a better deal than the local dealer I'd been dealing with. I drove to Venice, met with Josh and signed the deal. Six weeks later, Josh called to let me know my truck had come in. I talked with Tim Young, who took my information for financing over the phone. Three days later, I drove to the dealership and met with Pete McIvers who gave me a test drive and reviewed the features. Pete promised to call when the tonneau cover arrives and arrange a loner car while it's being installed. Tim Young completed the financing and paperwork and I was back on the road driving my Gorgeous new Dodge Ram Laramie. Everyone at Douglas Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge is so friendly, professional and efficient and it was indeed a pleasure to do business with them. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. My wife and I looked at the Tiguan, the Highlander, and the Forrester along with a few others but found none comparable to the value and utility offered by the Grand Cherokee. Surprisingly, the quality in this US branded vehicle is on par – for a lot less money – with comparable, well-known European/Asian rivals. Consumer Report spoke highly of our choice. And, quite truthfully, we couldn’t help but notice all the Jeeps on the road here in Venice. Although we’ve had the car only a few hours, we took it for a good spin. For an SUV, the Jeep Grand Cherokee drives like a passenger car. Smooth is the word. Another one is quiet – beyond expectations. . . . more than enough power with the V6. The driving experience is absolutely comfortable, pleasurable, and fun. My wife and I are truly impressed with Mr. Art Hoffmann – definitely a gentleman.
