The Douglas Chrysler Dealership Gets Everything Right! Drove into the used car lot with a specific vehicle to look at that we seen in Auto Trader. We were immediately greeted by Jason Maddams, a young gentleman, with a big smile. As we walked around the vehicle, Jason pointed out all the details of the used, 2013, Grand Caravan. He opened the doors for us, and then proceeded to point out all the features of the interior, including showing us how to use the Stow and Go feature. He took us on a test drive and pointed out things such as "do you notice how quiet this vehicle is," explained the engine, and other features that we hadn't paid any attention to. When we discussed that we had also been looking at a new Grand Caravan, as well, he immediately pointed out the differences between the used vehicle that we were looking at, opposed to the new vehicle that we were also considering. He made sure to point out that the 2014 had air conditioning that ran through to the back of the vehicle, whereas, the 2013 that we were looking at, did not. I'm so grateful that he pointed this out to us. I was really impressed when I found out that Jason had only been working in car sales for a month, and how knowledgeable he was. What a delightful young man! We were also quite pleased with the trade in value of our truck that this dealership gave us, and it was at this point that we decided to buy the new, 2014, Grand Caravan. The sales manager made a point to come into Jason's office, introduced himself to us, and made pleasant conversation with us. Talk about a top notch customer service dealership. Everything about the entire process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, from the time that we drove into the parking lot, was the best experience of any dealership that we have ever dealt with. And this is coming from a retired GM employee, who has dealt with many GM dealerships over the past 44 years. Kudo's to Douglas Chrysler, Jason and their sales manager for a job well done! More
