New Jeep My wife has always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and when I called Bert he seemed to know all the answers about the Wrangler. Always, we have been treated very well by all staff @ this dealership. So, it only made sense to go to Douglas to look for a new vehicle. Pete McIvers was our salesman and we found Pete to be extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very personable. We did have a couple of issues with the vehicle and returned to Douglas on Monday, June, 23, 2014. At this point, Don Glen came into the picture. Another very personable and accommodating gentleman. Our issues with the car were: defective upholstery in the front seats. Not sure if there could be a problem with the back seats, as no one has sat in them yet. Some minor paint issues eg. passenger side view mirror paint was peeling and couple of small paint bubbles on the hood of the car. Don followed up w/us the following day to let us know that all parts had been ordered and he will be in touch w/us as soon as he receives these items. More

Just before I was to pick up my new Ram, my wife was called out of town unexpectedly and I was left without a ride to the dealership. Always a DEAL :) I think this is our 6th or 7th purchase at Douglas. This purchase was a Jeep which i had wanted for a long time but couldn't bring myself to trade in. I think this is our 6th or 7th purchase at Douglas. This purchase was a Jeep which i had wanted for a long time but couldn't bring myself to trade in. They understood I was a CRAZY person who loved her car ( but wanted a jeep). They took it slow and NO PRESSURE and showed me LOTS of Jeeps. It took me 3 times coming & looking before I bought. They gave me a VERY GOOD trade in price on my car & a VERY GOOD price on my new Jeep. Eric showed me alot on my new Jeep and he said if I needed or wanted to ask anything else to feel free to call. Pete as always TOOK CARE OF ME. Thanks again :) p.s. had been looking for tires for our Challenger and when in saw the buy 3 get one for a dollar deal.
