Bad experience but the owner made it right. We bought a used Durango. They gave us a 2k/2month warranty which was great. We knew something was wrong with the AC a little later.. It would blow co We bought a used Durango. They gave us a 2k/2month warranty which was great. We knew something was wrong with the AC a little later.. It would blow cold when accelerating and not cold at all at stop lights. We could also hear what sounded like a belt making noise when it was turned on. Took it back in within the warranty period and they told us absolutely nothing was wrong. Took the Durango on a long trip with our 1 year old and the AC went completely out on the way home. During summer. A million degrees out. On the interstate. We called back and took the truck back in and they wanted 3 THOUSAND dollars to fix a LAUNDRY LIST of things that were wrong. We argued that it should have been fixed back when we took it in the first time and that it should be covered. They called back saying they would drop the price to 2 thousand. What a joke! We took the Durango to a family friend and he said not everything they said was broken was actually broken. They claimed there was an evaporator leak which there is not. He fixed our entire AC for 900$. Which should have been taken care of the first time. Under warranty. At the dealership. We will NEVER buy a car from here again let alone bring one in to get fixed! More

Was planning a trip so I decided to take it to th Purchased a Chrysler at a (non-chrysler) dealership when I first relocated here to the Venice area. Was planning a trip so I decided to take it to the closest Chrysler Dealership and it was a good thing, I would not have traveled far but the service department solved all my problems. I've never met a more accommodating service department and pleasant staff not to mention competent. Today I had to go in and get an extra key made and mentioned that i needed to schedule service because the driver door was sticking, when I was leaving with my new key Tim had already had someone check out the door and solve the problem eliminating a separate service schedule. Will never take my vehicle anywhere else.. Thanks....you are all so very awesome/Trish More

Every individual we worked with at Douglas, has exceeded our expectations. Pete displayed knowledge and professionalism and has gone above and beyond with follow up. When he didn't know the answer to a technical question, he found out and promptly called us back with a solution. The price we got could not be beat, and we contacted many dealers. A big thank you to Greg for making a sweet deal happen to keep our business local. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and LOVE our new Jeep Grand Cherokee! More
