No high pressure. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell us on things we didn't need. We took a test drive in a Chrysler town and country and it seemed to fit our needs. We said we were limited in time so with in 45 minutes Pete had a great trade in price ( the first time, no games, no back and forth to "managers") He gave us a great price on the van and found every dealer incentive and rebate available.
