After I test drove the G37X, I instantly knew that this was the car for me. Throughout my entire decision to purchase the G37X Carey was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He explained the details of the car in it's entirety. The process in neogatating was no pressure and above board. The fees were explained very clearly and no last minutes additional fees were included. I am writing to share with you my GREAT experience of leasing 2 cars at Douglas Infiniti. I sent out a request for proposals through the internet, and got a few responses the best of which was from Douglas Infiniti. We talked and they committed over the phone to a deal which I liked, and wanted us to come drive the proposed cars (M56x, and M37x). We drove up the same evening (about an hour drive), and I told my wife that if thwere will be any changes to the deal they offered over the phone (which unfortunatel, I encountered more than once), we get up and walk away. Well, to make a long story short, the cars they promised were there, they kept all telephone commitments per the phone conversation and even did better the terms! Allan, the sales person was extremely knowledgable in both car performance and operation details, and he and his boss, Jamie, were very cordial and professional!! I never had such a pleasant experience at any car dealership (I dealt with many during my life). The same excellent experince continued when we picked up the cars and signed the final contarcts. I stronly recommend that you try dealing with them! More

I went to Douglas Infiniti in large part because I had my previous Infiniti serviced there. I pretty much had a good idea of what I wanted to buy when I walked in. I was introduced to Mike Carchia who did an excellent job of getting me the car that I wanted. I did not feel pressured, or pushed in any way. Mike was very informative and professional, making sure I knew of all the features of my new car. I was also very impressed that, when the car was brought to the lot and inspected that Mike both pointed out minor blemishes (that were until then under the wrapping) and insisted on replacing and refinishing the affected portions so that my new Infiniti G37X Coupe was a spotless, new car in perfect condition. I traded-in my daughter's Volkswagen Beetle and receive a good trade-in. Overall the price was close to what I wanted to end up paying. Jamie Fishbane, the sales manager, was very involved in helping me close the deal and I very much appreciated his help in closing the deal. This was the fourth car I had purchased (third Infiniti), but the first that I really found both the sale process to be such a pleasant (yes, pleasant) experience. Certainly I can infer that this is because this is the first car that I had purchased from Douglas Infiniti. I am writing this two months after purchase and still have a good feeling and memory from the sale process. And certainly, I am still very happy with my car! More
