The customer service here is terrible. They had my car for NINE months and I got little or no communication along the way. I was getting a new engine put in because mine blew. I had an extended warranty, and it took a long time for Hyundai USA to ok it. I get that part, I get that it can take a long time dealing with corporations, but the communication was awful. No one seemed to care. The turn over rate is high, there are different employees every time I came in, including managers. I had a series of other problems and received the same crappy service. And on top of it, they never had any loaner cars available, which is very inconvenient when they have your car for a long time, I'll NEVER buy from this dealership again. If you want to buy a Hyundai, go to Seattle or Everett. They have much better customer care. More

I purchased a Genesis G80 on April 5th from Leo Rojas, he was very informative, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. The car itself was cleaned up and delivered spotless with a full tank of course. I would recommend this dealership and Leo to all of my friends and family!! More
