Like many, I hate and dread the negotiations and financial advisors convincing you to get their finance. No such thing with Paul. He was upfront, honest, took care of a request I made, shared important information with me about my car and the paperwork with him was my best experience ever compared to all my car buying experiences. He completed all the formalities in 20 mins!!!!! I have never been so happy after buying a car. I interacted with Mike briefly and that was enough for me to understand why he and Paul are rated so high by many. More

The right way to sell used cars Over the last few years I've shopped for and purchased several vehicles, of which two have been from Doug Justus. I wish all of them had been. These f Over the last few years I've shopped for and purchased several vehicles, of which two have been from Doug Justus. I wish all of them had been. These folks have a great system. You look at the cars that you want to look at and, if you want to, you can walk away to think things over. No pressure. One of the things I like best is that the wear isn't hidden. These are used vehicles and Doug Justus doesn't use duct tape to make them look better than they are. And it shows in the prices too. The well worn car is going to have a lower sticker price. Which, in turn, makes getting your loan approved so much easier. And finally, when we did a trade-in... they didn't just jack up the price to balance out the trade in!! Basically, I trust them and every time I've bought elsewhere, it was a mistake. More
