The salespeople are compensated. They are all on salary and not on commission. This important aspect is experienced when interacting with the staff. They are not in a hurry, they do not have a quota. There was a question about a vehicle we were interested in. The sales person, Mike Walls, suggested they have their own mechanics examine the vehicle. it was late in the day, we went home, we were free to decide when to return. Our experience was delightful!
