Never again Went in a week ago and was looking at a 2019 Fusion SE for my Ma. Dylan came out, introduced himself and got the key fob for the car. I explain to him the car is not for me but for my Ma. It has low miles and a fair price. I test drive the car, and talked to Ma on the phone as I’m sending pictures of the car to her. I get the total price out the door and let her know. She goes in the next day and test drives the car. She makes the purchase. Dylan calls me, tells me she got the car, she is tickled, and very happy. Well, they sell her the car and give her one key fob. I emailed Dylan around 3pm on a Sunday so when he comes in on Monday, he will have an email and can let me know something. Well, 10am goes by with no answer. I call and leave a msg with the receptionist for a call back. Now at 3pm, I get a msg from Ma asking if I ever received an answer from them so I call back and the receptionist tells me “he is here, let me transfer you”. I get his voicemail. I go immediately in person, and Team Leader Ryan Chatt and I talk about it and I explain “i see nothing's changed around here. Y’all make a sale and the customer doesn’t exist anymore”. I am advised that is not the case, and doesn’t want me to feel that way. He looks for the key fob and finds nothing. He takes my information down and tells me “here is my business card. I promise I will call you before end of day. Here is my business card”. I tell him I’m trusting his words, and giving this place another chance. Well, by end of business day, Ma tells me they came to her house and programmed a key fob to her car. Still no phone call from Ryan or Dylan. I call today (7/24/20), spoke to Dylan surprisingly and ask about the floor-mats since she asked for them and only the 2 for the front were put in but none for the rear were added and she was not told that. When I asked about it, I received an attitude and I specified I was just asking a question not arguing about it. He had to call me back. He calls back saying “it only comes with front floor-mats. Theirs nothing I can do”. Well, that’s dumb being it has 4 doors. I will say this, I have purchased 2 vehicles from DHF, and have been treated the same both times. Once the sale is done, they don’t give a darn about you anymore. I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Medlyn family and since day 1, I am still treated as a customer, and still receive respect. Folks that have been repeaters buying from DHF for years have told me they will not purchase from them ever again. I won’t and will not refer another person to them. Customer svc started off 5 star. Now 1 star Quality of work started off 5 star. Now 1 star Friendliness started off a 5 star Price is a 3 star. Price was a fair range. More
