They will RIP YOU OFF & DO NOTHING, in return Dott's Motor Company (Ford Service/Dealer) Will charge you numerous times to diagnose the same problem over & over again, yet, never fix the problem/ Dott's Motor Company (Ford Service/Dealer) Will charge you numerous times to diagnose the same problem over & over again, yet, never fix the problem/problems until you go over their heads... You have to speak directly to THE COOPERATE FORD OFFICE & THE BBB... IT TOOK 4 YEARS TO GET THEM TO FIX OUR TRANSMISSION & TRANSFER CASE ON OUR F150 & 2 YEARS TO FIX THE E-BRAKE... Then after all the frustration agony & of course $$$ THOUSANDS $$$ OF $$$ DOLLARS $$$ LATER, they will try to work out on you.... The owner Tom Dott's isn't brave enough to call you back himself, but he will have one of the ladies in the office call you back & tell you, he wants to cancel the appointment you have made... WHY? HE IA AFRAID!!! AFRAID OF WHAT? AFRAID THAT HIS FORD SERVICE CREW WAS NOT ABLE TO SATISFY OUR NEEDS... IN OTHER WORDS, HE IS ADMITTING HE & HIS CREW ARE IC INCOMPETENT... Terrible Customer Service. Beware I called this dealer months ago about taking company vehicles in for service work and set up the steps needed. When the vehicle was taken in the deale I called this dealer months ago about taking company vehicles in for service work and set up the steps needed. When the vehicle was taken in the dealer pushed my drivers away and said NO they will not work on these vehicles. So i called in today 4/22/14 and spoke to the service manager seeking an explanation. i was told they don't have time to deal with me and then when i questioned the reasoning for this i was hung up on. i called back 3 times asking for service and was sent directly to the voice mail every time. On my fourth call I left a voice mail for the owner of the dealership. He did return my call. I explained everything that went on in his service department. He did NOT care one bit about the issue i was having. i got a response of, well we aren't doing the work and this conversation is over and not needed. i responded that it is ok to have a manager hang up on a customer. His response was we have nothing else to talk about and I am going to go now. then as i was responding he hung up on me. To sum this up the dealer has poor customer service and does not care about the customers. I would never send anyone to this dealer or recommend the dealer to anyone More
