Recently purchased a Grand Cherokee. Dottas picked up the car we wanted at another dealer since they didnt have the car we wanted. The whole transaction went very smooth. Chris and Anita were great and we like the no hassle relaxed atmosphere. They treat you like family. Makes for an enjoyable purchase of a new vehicle. We have dealt with others dealers over the years and it was very stressful. We have been to the service department for inspection, oil changes and tires. Justin has always been accommodating in scheduling an appointment for us since we don't live in the area anymore and we want to keep our car serviced at Dottas. He keeps us updated at what is going on during the visit. We are happy with Dottas. More

So I'll start by saying that Chris is great at talking and getting your calls when he's trying to sell you a car, once you do good luck getting ahold of him, I called 7 times in two days left two messages and getting your calls when he's trying to sell you a car, once you do good luck getting ahold of him, I called 7 times in two days left two messages after buying a car and never got a call back. Chris said he called me, but I never got a call, didn't appreciate being lied to. I picked up a jeep on a Friday and returned it the same Friday, I got less than 50 miles from the dealership and the traction control light and ABS light came on, also wouldn't shift gears. I called and again waited for a call back while waiting with the Jeep parked the check engine light came on, I decided to return the jeep completely. Chris was also rude when I told him I was returning the jeep and hung up on me too. If you have to work with them I'd just recommend Dan, he was very helpful, extremely professional, and went out of his was for me. More

As my husband said he wouldn’t take a lawn mower to their service dept. March 25 2020 our 2015 dodge caravan was towed to Dotta from Wind Gap Chevy to repair our transmission they never responded. The only w service dept. March 25 2020 our 2015 dodge caravan was towed to Dotta from Wind Gap Chevy to repair our transmission they never responded. The only way I knew what was going on I had to do the calling or go to the service dept to see what was happening. Yes I know there was a pandemic and places were not working we were told by two of guys in the department told us The end of April. That on may 6th Chrysler was sending out a new transmission. Well that never happened. They told me Chrslyer wanted pictures of the parts because not all parts were damaged again it was one excuse after another long story short they got parts in and then it was there was a part missing and they had order it then the part came in they put it in someone I know went up to see what was going on and they told him that it was done and they would let me know the van was done didn’t happen this was on a Friday July 3 so never heard from them I called Monday the 6th was told everything was put together BUT they took the van out and there was a problem that it wouldn’t go into overdrive so no van I told them in May I needed my van back because my husband was in the hospital for back surgery and he couldn’t get in and out of his pickup didn’t matter so weeks my husband couldn’t go anywhere then we found out that he had a to go physical therapy 2x a week I told them I need a rental car to take him. The agreed to get a car and paid for it we had a week then finally got our van back I had been talking to Chrysler corporate office and got help from Toni a case manager Al Scott Justin all lies to me Toni and the guys at enterprise it was oh we are working on the car as we speak wasn’t happening this crap went on for not quite 4 months. unbelievable if being sr. Citizens I told Toni they are lucky we didn’t have the money we would of got a lawyer and sued them I was so stressed out between my husband being in the hospital for 3 weeks but mostly Dotta caused so much stress More
