DO NOT BUY FROM DOTHAN CHRYSLER! Long story but I’m fed up. I purchased my truck last day of February 2025. Mind you my fourth vehicle from them. The night I purchased it, my Uconnect services were in someone else’s name as well as my paperwork was wrong on the mileage. Ram had to reset the truck Uconnect so I could get it in my name. The next day I had to take to the shop for no brake light or turn signal on one side, also ask about the mileage statement. I was told it needed a bulb and they would take care of it. The sales manager said that the paperwork wasn’t an issue and it would be ok. Then noticed while looking over paperwork the the truck was missing a few things like floor mats that it was supposed to have came with, they made that right. A few weeks later light quit again, this time a tail light, few weeks later, again this time the body control module. After 7 attempts I got ram involved and finally the dealership found a bad wiring harness, zip ties it together and said they would order one( This is June now). So I rocked on with zip ties till November when a check engine light came on, this time an air sensor was turning my A/C on when it was cold. While there I checked on the harness and it was there and had been there since July, 5 months and not even a phone call. Schedule a day to bring it in and on that day after four hours I get told that they would need it for two days to do the job, so I take it back the next week. I got the truck back the day before thanksgiving fixed. Second week of January I get check engine lights and messages on the dash to see Manuel for proper oil and fuel, to the dealership we go. Bad gas is what I’m told. “You will have to run the gas out of it” they told me. Four more trips to the dealership that week being told the same thing with lights all over the dash and running like garbage. Finally they decide to take it in and a week later I get it back after being told it had a bad fuel pump by the owners. Well two days later it shows another check engine light so I go back, this time it’s an EGR code. Now I have waited two months for parts after many discussions with owners and supervisors at the dealership, no one has even attempted a resolution from the dealership standpoint. Over 20 trips to the shop since day one. The owner offered for me to trade it in with $13,000 in negative equity, when I was sold the truck below invoice with a rebate. Bottom line the A&D automotive group are crooks and liars and ride on the name they have deceitfully made. Being a business owner myself, this is NOT how you conduct business. This is Dothan guys and I hope this reaches anyone thinking about going to this dealership or any A&D automotive group owned dealership. More

If only there was a way for no stars or negative. I bought a BRAND NEW Ram, 7 miles on it. After ONE month started feeling hard shifts & abnormal rumble. Took it in, was told I had a perfect truck, nothing wrong with it. 16 point inspection everything was great!..... not even ONE MONTH later I take it to another dealer to find there was a hole in my oil filter ( which happened during shipping the manufacture called the dealer when my vin was entered) so my brand new truck had ZERO oil. oil was covering the underneath of the truck. so 1.) Dothan did a 16 point inspection and everything was perfect just 20 days before???? 2.) never called to tell us to watch for any issues with a hole in the oil filter. Now, no one wants to help me out or make anything right when I have a brand new 60k truck that has already been totally out of oil & still having issues with the transmission. I STRONGLY do NOT recommend. the staff will tell you about their Cocaine addiction, their family life & keep you talking so they can make their sale & then help you no further. More

Drove 3 1/2 hours to drive and possibly purchase 2021 Ram Power Wagon which was advertised on their web site as in stock and for sale with a stated sales price. When we got there we were told the this truck Power Wagon which was advertised on their web site as in stock and for sale with a stated sales price. When we got there we were told the this truck belonged to the owner and was not for sale. I have no problem with that. He can own and drive whatever he wants to but this truck should not be advertised for sale. Sounds like the classic bait and switch routine. I would not buy anything from this dealership. More

Brought my jeep there for regular service oil change, and found out that I needed some oil leaks taken care of and new tires.
