Customer service Nissan overall is helpful, friendly, and adaptable. We went in to work with Ben as he was who we wanted to work with. We had been passed from person to person and one salesman said “if they aren’t buying from you don’t bother.” Although only one person said this, it seemed to be the mentality of others. I understand that you’re busy and might not make a sale but it isn’t a very nice thing to hear from your preferred salesman’s coworkers. Besides this everyone else was helpful. Ben was helpful and came in on his off days to meet our needs. 10/10 would recommend him to others. More

Liars and Vandals. I took my vehicle in for a 30,000 mile service. I was told what actions would be performed. I explained which I did NOT want or require at that time. I took my vehicle in for a 30,000 mile service. I was told what actions would be performed. I explained which I did NOT want or require at that time. I waited on site after a couple hours, I was told it’s almost done maybe another hour. Well 3 hours later it was completed. First issue was work performed that I did not authorize that they now wanted to charge me for. Heated discussion takes place they only agree to knock part of the price down. Then I go to inspect my vehicle. This is where things go terribly wrong. Not super upset they didn’t provide the usual courtesy car wash. Because they didn’t it made it super easy for me to notice all of the scratches that they had made to my vehicle. Then service manager says that couldn’t have been us. Then service advisor admits the truth. Those weren’t here when he brought it in. Well we can fix that bring it in tomorrow. They don’t have a paint and body person do the work but rather the car detail guy. Now my truck has paint runs covered by clear coat and sealant. Then they wouldn’t even give me an invoice for that work. Stating since I wasn’t being charged no invoice was needed. I explained I wanted one to show what they classified the work performed as being. I left without being given an invoice. I would not recommend this shop for any service work. I would be happy to talk with anyone who feels any of the items I have stated above are innacurate in any account. More
