Awesome people! I enjoyed working with Ernie on the purchase of my Chrysler 300. I'm a tough sale, typically don't make decisions quickly and over analyze every detai I enjoyed working with Ernie on the purchase of my Chrysler 300. Completely Unsatisfied To whom it may concern, I am sending this message to improve the vehicle purchases for your future customers. My husband and I drove over an hour To whom it may concern, I am sending this message to improve the vehicle purchases for your future customers. My husband and I drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle there that would meet the needs of our growing family. We were reluctant to buy because the air conditioning wasn't working at the time, but after waiting several hours with our baby girl along we bought the vehicle anyway. We understood that the finance person was on vacation, but our experience ended up as one mess after another. I am happy to say that they gave me a nice vehicle to drive after I paid a babysitter, drove all the way back, and got the air conditioning fixed. Since then we have waited over a month to have the plates transferred and receive our loan information. We've had to mail paperwork back and forth that should have been taken care of that day. We were even expected to sign papers that had not been filled out yet. When we got our loan information the payment amount was more than we agreed to. We are still waiting for title transfer before the temporary plates expire. I hope the next time someone comes to spend almost $30,000 they receive more professional service.
