Poor service and sold me a car with issues Bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 on May 21. Asked if the car had any problems and was told no. We drove it home (about 90 miles) and that night the check en Bought a 2008 Pontiac G6 on May 21. Asked if the car had any problems and was told no. We drove it home (about 90 miles) and that night the check engine light comes on. I have it looked at locally and told two of the catalytic converters need to be replaced. I call the dealership and speak to the salesman, Justin, and agree to bring the car back for them to look at. I drop the car off on Saturday May 26. I call that next Thursday because I haven’t heard anything. Justin tells me that his service dept agrees it is the converters, but they didn’t know they were bad when sold it to me. They take it to another mechanic to fix because he can do it cheaper than they can. 3 weeks later ( yes 3 WEEKS) finally get a call the car is ready. We pick it up on Saturday June 23 - 4 weeks after we dropped it off, pay them $300, and that afternoon, the check engine comes on again! I call to let Justin know and he tells me that he will speak to his boss and get back to me. I have not heard anything, and it’s been 2 weeks. I’ve left messages and he won’t call me back. I also sent a message to Brandon Dorsett through a link on their site, and have heard nothing back. Do NOT do business with them. More
