Even after the purchase, Jay wanted me to contact him to setup any service appointments I needed. When it was time to trade in that vehicle, I did not hesitate to go back to Dorsette’s Nissan. Again this time, I again experienced unparalleled customer service. It started with Brian Dorsette making sure my wife and I were being taken care of. Again Jay went out of his way, to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Since Jay was busy with another couple, he had Jim pull the different cars up, for us to test drive. Had a thunderstorm not knocked out power, Jay was willing to stay beyond closing time to get the deal written.
