My buying experience at Dorsch was the easiest ever. We relpace my car every 3 - 4 years so have purchased many new vehicles. She kept me informed every step of the way. She also made sure that I could have my new car in time for a weekend trip that I was taking. She did everything she could to make me happy. And I could not be happier with my Kia Optima. I was in for an oil change and even that was quick and I was taken care of right away. Gene has a wonderful personality. He is very curteous and goes out of his way to greet you and make you feel welcome on return visits to the dealership. I love my fusion!!!!! Michelle was so helpful in helping me realize that I could get into a new fusion rather than a used one.
