In my 37 years of marriage I have purchased all of the 16 vehicles that I can recall in our household. The experience with Dorsch Ford and Gene Eck was by far the most enjoyable. I have had salesmen get me really frustrated to the point that I have left them standing dumbfounded as I walked out. This was far from the experience this time. I came in to look at a particular car and not afraid to walk away if my trade-in wasn't worth what I thought it should be or if the dealership didn't come down on the new purchase as much as I thought they should. Well needless to say they surpassed my expectations and within an hour and a half I was driving out with the car I had come to look at. Very exceptional experience and I will definately make Dorsch and Gene Eck the first people I turn to for my next purchase. More

After a few hiccups, Cody Graf went out of his way to make the transaction go smoothly. Jim, the accessories guy, was honest and also great to deal with. I would go back to Dorsch again however I would not go back to Dorsch if it meant have dealings with Brenda. We also did not like that we had a fill out a review on the spot. It made us uncomfortable and made the review less favorable than it could have been had we had time to reflect a bit. Back to the positives, I would be likely to follow Cody to another dealership on a future purchase if he were to leave. Despite a few frustrations, he remained professional, calm and polite. My husband and I left feeling like we found a gem in Cody and would be happy to go back to him again at Dorsch or elsewhere. More
