I was very impressed by the awesome service I received while looking for a vehicle. I searched previously around at other local dealership, and Dorsche was the only one that had wonderful customer service while looking for a vehicle. After picking up my Escape I noticed that their was an error on my lease agreement, that my trade in value was mixed up with another customer's trade in value. One thing I really liked is that they weren't pushing me to buy something I didn't absolutely love and were very friendly. They also were very helpful in accommodating to my work schedule and working with me when I had the time to come in and fitting me into their schedule.
