Pretty awesome they tell me my AC is broke and a rock hit the condenser so it is not covered under warranty. Couldn’t even show me a picture of wear it was broken. We were looking to replace our Telluride after ours was totaled in an accident. We found the replacement we were looking for at Dorsch which is about 150 miles away from our home. Travis in sales and Dal totaled in an accident. We found the replacement we were looking for at Dorsch which is about 150 miles away from our home. Travis in sales and Dallas in finance were extremely helpful and helped us get the vehicle even though it took us about a week and a half to get the insurance settlement and get to their dealship. A positive and professional buying experience after a previous negative one from a differnet Kia dealership in the southern part of the state. Highly recommended. More
