I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the stellar customer service that I had received over the past few days, with one of your Sales Reps. Her name is Danelle Johnson. She went out of her way to try and help me purchase a F150 Pick up. Unfortunately, what I was looking for, in regard to my extras (so to speak) was no available at the price I was looking at. The vehicle which I was considering was the 2010 F150 Platinum that you did have available on your lot. However, with the exchange rate and the taxes of 14% in which I would have to pay on this vehicle it just went a little deeper into the pockets then I could afford. If there was a vehicle that had everything in which I was looking for I wouldn't have thought twice in driving the 13 hours it would have taken to close the deal, as it was all due to Danelle efforts. She was honest, and this is important to me as I am a Drug Task Force Officer, and I get to see allot of dishonest people. She was quick in responding to anything and everything that I threw at her; no matter how ridiculous my questions were. She was knowledgeable about your vehicles, this helped tremendously, as I am a single mom with two little people and as far as they are concerned, as long as it looks cool and has their DVD players, they could care less! lol But I have to say, the most important thing for me in regards to speaking with Danelle, was that she is truly genuine and you can tell by everything she did, from phone calls, to emails etc. she really did care. Today, having this kind of person working for you, is truly an asset. I just thought that it needed to be said, as to how lucky you are in having such a devoted salesperson with a real passion for the clients, working for you. Even though I didn't purchase the Platinum F150 from you, I can honestly say it was a real honor in dealing with Danelle. My husband and I came down from the Upper Peninsula looking for a used mini van for our newly expanded family. We ended up working with Scott trying to find that right mini van that worked for us. The only issue that we ran into was the day we drove down to pick up our new vehicle we were told that something was wrong with the vehicle and they would replace it but the parts had to be ordered. We made arrangements to make another trip down on Saturday but was told that the parts still didnt come in so we didnt get our vehicle until Monday. I appreciate that they took the time to fix the vehicle and we didnt get stuck with the repair but it was frustrating that we had a loan out and was paying interest and yet no vehicle and the gas that was wasted going down 2 times to get the vehicle.
