We just bought our second KIA from Dorsch in Green Bay. I was in for service on my Kia which i love and i was having issues with my phone not connecting correctly i notified Wayne and he was very helpfull. Well i returned for another visit for warranty work having issues with my phone not connecting correctly i notified Wayne and he was very helpfull. Well i returned for another visit for warranty work on a inside panel that had fell a part. I thought they had fixed it, Well i returned home and had more phone issues. I called Wayne again who was very helpful but was unable to connect. So i returned for another visit for an oil change and they blamed the issue on my phone. I returned home and connected phone to our other Kia as we have 2 of them and it worked just fine. I called Joe and made an appointment to have it looked at and found out the Body shop personal had not installed the panel correctly nor did they connect the wire for the phone, They had made a cut out for the hole where the speaker is and damaged the whole upper panel. So i will need to return once again for another warranty visit. All in all the staff is very helpful but i feel the KIA people should have more training and I should be reinbursed for my milage, and gas as i am leasing this Kia. I wish they could also do warranty work on saturdays so i wouldnt need to take off from work. I would recommend this dealership and i would purchase another KIA in the future. . More
This is a very well-maintained, clean dealership with an amazing selection of new and used vehicles. The staff are friendly and professional, and easy to distinguish with their Dorsch shirts and navy or khaki slacks. We were fortunate to work with Gene Eck, who we found to be extremely knowledgable on a wide-variety of vehicles. Gene did a great job of giving us all the information we needed to select a vehicle which best met our needs, but was never "pushy" or "fake" as some sales people can be. I can confidently say that we will never find another deal like this on a new vehicle and we will definately be back to buy from Gene Eck at Dorsch. More
My fiance and I were in need of a new vehicle. After doing some research we decided the KIA Soul was the best option for us. So we headed out to Dorsch, in the Green Bay area. A friend of ours had provided a name of a sales person we should ask for, Gene Eck. Gene was great, his friendly manner set us at ease right away. Also, his knowledge of the vehicle was immense, not to mention his assistance with financing. He presented himself truthfully while explaining to us all of our options. Gene gave us a tour of Dorsch, whereupon we saw their facilities first hand, and even met a few other friendly staff. They all offered their professional services to us with a friendly attitude. In fact they went out of their way to help us secure good financing, which allowed us to get the rebate. That rebate, and options that Gene presented to us allowed us to secure the price that we were looking for. This was my first time buying a car off the lot. I was nervous at first but with all the help and information given to us, my experience was a fun memorable one. I recommend going to Dorsch and asking for Gene Eck. More

We stopped at Dorsch to look at their line of Kia's as we were in the process of a buyback under the lemon law from Ford. We were very unhappy with the customer service we received from Ford and Broadway Aut were in the process of a buyback under the lemon law from Ford. We were very unhappy with the customer service we received from Ford and Broadway Automotive. The buyback of the lemon was a nightmare. We worked with Cody at Dorsch with the purchase of our new Kia. Cody and Deb went above and beyond with the purchase of our new Kia Sorento. We found a vehicle we loved but had to wait for the lemon to be repurchased in order to finalize the purchase. Cody held the vehicle we wanted for longer than he should have and Deb went the extra mile with the financing due to the buyback. Cody and Deb treated us with respect and provided excellent customer service. They made sure we got the best deal. We love our new vehicle and will be lifelong customers! More
