The quality of work was good however, a friend has brought their car back 3 times for the same repair on a leaking sunroof and it still l work with. My car broke down on highway 43 on Saturday 05-12-2012 and had to be towed to Dorsch Ford. I arrived at around 3:20 pm. I told John Collin that I was planning to leave for home "Laurium Michigan" the foll and had to be towed to Dorsch Ford. I arrived at around 3:20 pm. I told John Collin that I was planning to leave for home "Laurium Michigan" the following morning. What I expected was for John to tell me that they would look at it first thing Monday morning. Instead John told me he would try to have a mechanic look at it to diagnose and perhaps try to fix the problem but that the mechanics were leaving at 4:30 pm. He was very understanding and truly concerned about the situation I was in. Well to my great relief the problem was found and corrected and I was on my way home Sunday morning. I must say that this is the type of service that will get new customers and keep old ones. I have recommended Dorsch Ford Kia to my relatives in Wisconsin and have told them to recommend Dorsch to their friends. Thanks to the fantastic service from John and Dorsch Ford Kia, what could have been a much more trying experience turned into a very satisfying day overall. Thank you John Collin and Dorsch Ford Kia.
