Seeing as it was my first purchase, I did not know much about loans, interest, etc. - however, Kelvin Mendez was able to walk me through how to finance the car and got me a good deal. He is a whiz with financing, and was able to get my interest down from 9-something to 8.2%. I was also pleased to get a good price for my old VW Jetta that I traded in, which was about the same to what was advertised on their trade-in feature on their website. In short, thank you Fidel and Kelvin for spending the day with me and making sure I walked out 100% happy with my new 2023 VW Taos! I seriously have no complaints and would 10/10 recommend this dealership. More
