The price of a $20 part in the after-market and auto parts is charged with an exaggerated price of $2500!! In addition to three hours of labor at a super high rate of almost $4000! This dealer must be investigated for price violations and abusive charges to the consumer. More
Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Deceptive Sales Practices Dear Doral Lincoln Inc Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received fro Practices Dear Doral Lincoln Inc Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your dealership, particularly the incident that transpired on Saturday, Nov 18, 2023. My experience with Doral Lincoln Inc has left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the deceptive tactics employed by your staff. On Thursday, Nov 16, 2023, I came across a 2021 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS C 300 convertible (VIN: W1KWK8DB2MG103132) listed on your website, https://www.dorallincoln.com/. I submitted an inquiry regarding the car's availability but did not receive any response. The next day, the listing was removed from your website, leading me to believe the car had been sold. To my surprise, on Saturday, Nov 18, while negotiating at another dealership for a similar vehicle, I received a call from a manager at Doral Lincoln Inc, who identified herself as Maria. She acknowledged the oversight, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that the car I initially inquired about was still available. Maria went on to promise a better deal than the one I was currently pursuing and arranged for a salesperson, Gabriel, to contact me. Gabriel promptly called, apologized for the previous oversight, and confirmed the availability of the car. He even sent amateurish pictures, presumably taken on-site, to reinforce the claim. Motivated by this information, I left the dealership I was negotiating with and traveled to Doral Lincoln Inc. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by individuals who seemed to be expecting me. However, instead of being directed to the car I inquired about, I was led into a deceptive situation. The salesperson presented an entirely different vehicle and attempted to persuade me into considering it, claiming that the car I wanted had already been sold. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. When I confronted the salesperson about the discrepancy, he disclaimed any responsibility, indicating that Gabriel did not work for the dealership but rather for the call center. This contradictory information only added to the frustration of being misled. Subsequently, when I brought the matter to the attention of the Sales Manager, I received a dismissive response, with an attempt to shift blame onto the call center and an assertion that the sold car could not be brought back. This experience has not only wasted my time but has also damaged my trust in Doral Lincoln Inc. Deceptive practices of this nature are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of your dealership. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action against the individuals involved, and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of such deceptive sales tactics. I expect a prompt and meaningful response to this complaint. Your attention to this matter is crucial in restoring my faith in Doral Lincoln Inc and ensuring that other potential customers are not subjected to similar deceitful practices. Sincerely, Danny Sibai More

I had taken the wheel off and the spare was rolling. First, the bent rim is not covered by the warranty, even if it should because it is made of aluminum and easily damaged. But that is a problem of the warranty and not the dealership. I arrive and no "technician" can see me for at least one hour. No, I cannot order a new rim until the "technician" approves, even though I am paying for it and the damaged rim is patently clear. No loaner car available. Took my car elsewhere. More
I would not recommend Doral Lincoln. If zero stars was an option that is what they’d receive. Their customer service was extremely disappointing. Originally spoke to Rey in regard to a vehicle which didn’t work out due to my payment preference… I then received a call from Jesus P. in regard to a different vehicle. After not receiving a call back after numerous calls in over a 24hr period I finally received a text message from Rey stating the car I originally called in about was sold… not even the car his coworker called me in regard to. His exact words… “the vehicle you wanted is sold my friend, paid in full” with a picture of the keys. Can’t get any lower than this! I will take my business else where. Also, no need to comment and tell me to contact the manager. I have already tried to do that and each time I am continuously told they are unavailable. I would suggest revisiting your policies and procedures in regard to customer service with your employees. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! I bought my first car from them 1 year ago to realize a year after that they took advantage of my innocence and lack of knowledge of the car busine !! I bought my first car from them 1 year ago to realize a year after that they took advantage of my innocence and lack of knowledge of the car business. They put an extended warranty without my consent in the contract without letting me know and I confidently signed without reading the contract (I should have read the contract), bumped up the price and took from me 7,000 dollars of down payment in price bump ups. Now 1 year later I realize that I have an extended warranty and to my surprise it has expired as I exceeded the miles and I was not even able to use any of the benefits. That is the most dishonest thing I have ever experienced! Really unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I am going to make sure that everyone that asks me about buying a car to let them know the experience I had with them. I feel like I have been stolen from! NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Called the dealer 4 days in advance and made contact with Jesus Campos to ensure both a vehicle was available and at the lot. I was assured the vehicle would be there after advising I would be driving from T Jesus Campos to ensure both a vehicle was available and at the lot. I was assured the vehicle would be there after advising I would be driving from Tampa to Doral to see the truck. I verified this morning with Jesus Campos again the vehicle was available and at the lot as I was going to have my father there to come look at the vehicle. Jesus Campos insured me everything was fine and to have my father drive to see the truck. Upon my father's arrival to the dealership he was advised that the truck had sold a couple days ago and was no longer available. I again contacted Jesus Campos and asked him if it was some sort of mistake, to which he told me, if they told him the vehicle sold it must be sold and he was only checking with the computer to see that it was still available. I am even still now receiving text messages confirming my appointment with the dealership. Jesus Campos is had no compassion for my father driving down there. Jesus Campos is a disgrace to his job and his word as a man has no value. I would be embarrassed to have Jesus Campos working for my business and representing it the way he does. I would not recommend buying anything from a dealer that employs such dishonorable people. More

Doral Lincoln is one of those car lots where buyer beware and one star are not low enough descriptors. The purchase from out of state was going well. I contacted a salesperson on Saturday to verify that th and one star are not low enough descriptors. The purchase from out of state was going well. I contacted a salesperson on Saturday to verify that the vehicle was available and that they would hold it. The salesperson was not going to be available on Sunday but had alerted the manager that I would be arriving. When I called on Sunday morning they had transferred the transaction to another salesperson. I informed him what had transpired the day before to get him up to speed because the manager had not told him anything. Arriving at Doral on Sunday I was allowed to take the vehicle on a test drive the equivalent of 4 blocks. As I had been waiting for a car equipped with these features since the chip shortage started I decided to continue with the purchase. 1) The Finance problem: The sales manager and finance department wasted three more hours forcing me into a high-interest rate loan despite the fact that I was going to pay cash (a fact they knew the day before). They claimed that they could not let me take the car that night unless I signed the high-interest rate loan. Needing to be on the road the next morning, I signed the loan being assured that I could pay off the loan with NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY. The next day, Monday, my bank wired the money to Doral Lincoln and it was confirmed received. 2) The Registration Problem: During the financing of the car I was informed that Doral had to collect tax, title and licensing fees but that they had a professional company that would take care of all out of state documentation. They assured me that if I needed another temporary plate they would get me one. I started emailing them (3 times), I have called four departments leaving messages with all, and chatted with their online person twice. I am now driving on an expired tag. No one will return my calls; salesperson, manager or finance manager. 3) Registration Problem Two: My home state will not register the vehicle without the title. I was assured that the title would be sent to me by the “professional company” that they use. 4) Vehicle Specific Parts: The parts that come standard with the car were not available the day of purchase. When I came back for them the next morning the parts manager did not know why the sales manager or finance manager could not find them (when all such vehicle packages like owners manuals were). During my time at the dealership I witnessed an older couple being bullied by a salesperson where they were belittled for not being smart enough for not realizing “what a great deal he was giving them”. I also listened to a salesperson talking trash about customers that had just left wanting to think about their deal overnight. *** My suggestion is to go anywhere else to buy your next car or if you go here you may want to record your transaction. (Florida is a two-party consent state so watch how fast Doral runs away from you want to record the transaction). More
