I have been told by your Service Department that I am not able to link my Blackberry to my car via SYNC. This is very problematic for me. I am in my car for business a good part of each day. The fact I cannot use Bluetooth is extremely frustrating. Thruthfully, if I had known of this limitation I would not have purchased the car and would have stayed with BMW. More

My purchase experience at Doral Lincoln was very good. I ordered my car in November 2013 and it wasn't available for me until the last part of February 2014. This seemed to be a rather lengthy delay. The issue may be caused by the Lincoln factory/transportation rather than the dealership however.
