Your service employee, Gio Martinez, is a breath of fresh air in this city. He always met me with a smile. In fact, the last time I called for an appointment, I asked for the "service department". A gentleman answered and asked for my last name. As soon as I told him, he said "Jane!" Welcome back!" The mechanics are well trained. Each time I brought the car in for service, I've been very happy with the result. It doesn't hurt to have a clean car as a bonus. Thank you. More

I purchased a previously owned 2010 Lincoln Navigator from Doral Lincoln in late 2012. The buying experience was pleasant and I was treated with extreme professionalism. I have used them on a few occasions for warranty issues and all went well. Today Tuesday March 18th, 2014 I decided to use them to do a complete brake job on my Navigator. I called the service department around 09:00am and spoke to Carlos Viera and he informed me that they could start the service around 10:00am and quoted me very reasonable price. I showed up around 10:30am and met with Carlos and they began the service. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. James Gonzalez was the service technician and he performed his job perfectly. I will continue to use them for all of my automobile needs from this time forward. I will also recommend them to everyone. More

When my lease ends in 17 months I will lease a new vehicle from this dealership because I feel they offer an honest and fair deal. More
