I was paired with a courteous sales person, I had many concerns and he showed patience as he walked me through this unfamiliar territory. I had my finances already in place, so it was just a matter of meeting certain requirements of my financial institution, I have dealt with this bank on numerous occasions and I advised my salesman to pay close attention to the LTV of my purchase, he assured me that his accountant had calculated everything correctly, so we proceeded into a contractual agreement and I made arrangements for my wife and I to fly down and take acquisition of the vehicle, I get a call from my salesman stating that the LTV is over what the bank is willing to finance and his attitude was far from willing to be helpful or reasoning, needless to say. I am now the owner of two one-way tickets to Miami and countless hours of worthless phone calls and negotiations. I may not be from Miami, but I expected the renowned class and great business ethic of Lincoln to be nation-wide. he scrapped a 30.000 deal for a few hundred bucks More

Mr. Domingo Lopez, who I highly recommend was one of the first s My wife and I were looking for a nice small SUV, in this case a used Mercedes GLK350. Mr. Domingo Lopez, who I highly recommend was one of the first sales representatives that we met in our search for a more spacious vehicle for the wife and 3 weeks to arrive newborn. Mr. Lopez was very patient with us, never forced anything, and understood our wants. Finally, after several months of both parties spending valuable time since the first cars that we saw had been either in a collision or had been sold, we found the right car. I called Mr. Domingo that day and since he was on his day off I decided to write them a small check to hold the car and wait for the next day to buy it from the sales representative who had dedicated his time and was always a true professional even when a deal couldn't be made. The day to make a deal was no deal at all. Pre-Owned Sales Manager Jose Callava, who was the person authorized to receive the check to hold the car, had already worked the numbers without us. All we needed to do was sign the bill, really!? My wife and I stood there completely shocked. Anyways, we continue with the process and simply said no and explained to Mr. Lopez that we had never gotten into negotiations, we waited an extra day to negotiate with him only. They appraised our 2014 IS250 and obviously their first offer was low. That's expected, so I gave them a low offer for their vehicle as well, but not as low as theirs. Mr. Lopez was ready to give my offer to Mr. Callava, but we raised the offer immediately to the True Market Value of their vehicle from $25K to $26K from a dealer's stand point and asked for the True Market Value of our vehicle from a trade-in stand point to get it over with. Not to mention we were still upside down about $3,000 and we would have still done it with $3,500 under water. Pretty fair deal, right? Well, Mr. Callava came to our table and asked us in a tone like we were born yesterday, from where were we getting our numbers. To add to the insult he had already deposit our $500.00 check to hold the car for a day without a deal and showed us a paper stating that they had acquired the vehicle for about $27,550, only about $400 less than the price they had the vehicle advertised for and then said in the most unprofessional way "WHY WOULD I SELL YOU THE CAR IF I AM LOSING MONEY". I looked at my wife and said "we wasted all this time", but I was really thinking in sarcastic way, man I thought we were the ones losing money. We didn't get into it and very politely said thank you and walked away angry and frustrated. Myself in particular since I had been encouraging the wife to make a decision on a car and she was extremely excited about this one. My recommendation, if you go to this dealer don't deal with this manager. With all due respect he shouldn't even be called one or anything close to it since he has no idea what the basics of customer service are. More

THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS ADRIAN TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US EVERY FEATURE OF THE CAR, MADE SURE WE WERE FED AND HAD REFRESHMENTS. Eddie is honest, fair, and competent at what he does. What Eddie does is to treat customers fairly and with the respect that they deserve. On two separate occassions, I have traveled over 1,000 miles to purchase a vehicle from Eddie. On my last purchase, Eddie ensured that they dealership retained the vehicle until I could make the trip down from Indiana to close the deal even though other potential purchasers showed an interest in my vehicle. I trade cars frequently, and I definately will purchase from Eddie in the future. I know that most people buy cars locally, but if you truly want a great deal and an exceptional purchasing experience, I strongly recommend that you take the time to contact Eddie before you buy. Eddie will treat you respectfully and will do everything he can to get you a great deal and to ensure that your purchasing experience is pleasant. I highly recommend Eddie. Doral Lincoln hired a superstar when they hired Eddie Montoya. More

My husband and I relocated to Miami with the military and were in a culture shock with the international flare of the city and overall lack of friendliness. Your service employee, Gio Martinez, is a breath of fresh air in this city. He always met me with a smile. In fact, the last time I called for an appointment, I asked for the "service department". A gentleman answered and asked for my last name. As soon as I told him, he said "Jane!" Welcome back!" The mechanics are well trained. Each time I brought the car in for service, I've been very happy with the result. It doesn't hurt to have a clean car as a bonus. Thank you. More
