Truly professional and helpful. Everyone polite and gets the job done. Seem like every department was very good at what they do and I was very happy with my purchase. The only thing I might suggest is the sales team have a little more technical deep knowledge for some of the many electronic features of the newest Lincoln navigators. There's a lot there and the vehicles do not come with a complete printed manual, only quick start guides. The general help number or online videos are so much shallow also. All in all I was very happy with the purchasing experience and could highly recommend Doral Lincoln. My sales rep Sebastian was also very helpful in Jose was always there to help when needed. More

Jeni and the whole team were fantastic. I drove over 3 hours to the dealership and had to turn around right after so I didn't want an all day process. With financing set upon arrival I wa I drove over 3 hours to the dealership and had to turn around right after so I didn't want an all day process. With financing set upon arrival I was in and out in 2 hours. The only person that wasn't friendly was the insurance woman inside the dealer. She had no ties to Doral Lincoln so I don't hold it against them. I think she wasn't happy I had insurance to transfer so she didn't have the opportunity to make money. More
