This is an update - nothing's changed - maybe worse now! A few weeks ago we ended up at Doral Lincoln via CarGurus - I was truly hoping things had changed - This was by far the worst experience I have A few weeks ago we ended up at Doral Lincoln via CarGurus - I was truly hoping things had changed - This was by far the worst experience I have had when going to buy a vehicle 😡 We found a car via CarGurus (Lincoln Navigator) at first it was supposedly at Lincoln of Cutler Bay, but when I was on my way the salesperson via text informs me to go to Doral Lincoln because that is where the vehicle was located. Upon arrival, they inform me that the vehicle is at Lincoln of Cutler Bay - I show them the text that states it was supposed to be at Doral - We ended up making a deal on the vehicle, even though it's not at the location yet, but if I pay $500 they will bring it over. Was so excited to be getting my Navigator! Once we agreed on the price - I sign for my car, take out my credit card to pay and am just waiting for the salesman to charge my card - the manager returns to inform me that vehicle has been sold to someone else!!!! 😮😡😡😡😡😡 I couldn't believe it!!! This is far worse than my previous experience with them - I couldn't believe they made me go through the process of purchasing a car that they had already sold! That was so wrong and instead of locating another Navigator, they didn't care to make things right - they didn't even try. I still can't believe what they did!!!! 😡 It is unfair to customers to make them think/believe that a vehicle is available when it is not. It is even more unfair and unethical to make them go through the time completing paperwork believing that they've bought a vehicle, when they have not. Makes customers believe what has always been said about dealerships. More

Truly professional and helpful. Everyone polite and gets the job done. Seem like every department was very good at what they do and I was very happy with my purchase. The only thing I might suggest is the sales team have a little more technical deep knowledge for some of the many electronic features of the newest Lincoln navigators. There's a lot there and the vehicles do not come with a complete printed manual, only quick start guides. The general help number or online videos are so much shallow also. All in all I was very happy with the purchasing experience and could highly recommend Doral Lincoln. My sales rep Sebastian was also very helpful in Jose was always there to help when needed. More
