Financed a preowned 2024 Buick from this dealership and a week after getting it, an excruciating noise would happen any time I hit the break. I wanted to bring it in to get serviced and it has been absolute xxxx to try to get in contact with someone. I’ve left voicemails, emails and tried messaging them via the virtual chat online and I keep getting the same response “I apologize you haven't been contacted yet. Our internet teams are working to assist customers remotely and responses may be delayed. I will forward your information again and ask that you are contacted as soon as possible.” It’s been two week and I still cannot get anyone to get back to me. They are quick to throw $1500 on the bill to ensure everything is working correctly for the car but looks like it’s just fluff and not as “intense” as they say it is. My recommendation is to go anywhere else to buy your car unless you’re willing to deal with any issues yourself because I can promise you they won’t be any help. More

If only zero stars were an option. I leased a 2023 Niro EV from this dealership in December. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any car financing in 30+ years of driving. Whenever I call them, they either don't answer or put me on hold forever. They don't do much better with email replies either (very late or not at all). If you get a vehicle from here be very careful since they will not give you any attention after you drive away. Even the lease document they provided on a USB thumb drive was corrupted (unreadable) and I had to ask them to provide another copy... it took over 2 weeks. Do you research online and see that other customers are saying many bad things about their honesty, communications, etc being far from professional. I have left a negative review on other platforms and the manager "responded" to save face and offered for me to contact him... guess what? I emailed him and there was NO response. The only 5 star reviews are because the sales associates beg customers to leave those reviews so that they get an incentive. I am still waiting for this dealership to fulfill their promises over a month later. More
