I’m shocked this Kia dealership has such a high rating. My experience was what I’d expect from the worst, most sleazy dealership I’ve ever been to. I wanted to check out two different cars but only got to see one because the salesperson was pushing hard for me to buy the new car instead of the used one. I made it clear I wasn’t making a decision that day, but he kept pressuring me to negotiate. When I asked for a full price breakdown, including all dealer fees and taxes, he came back with a total that was $10,000 higher than expected. He claimed the online price included every possible incentive and bonus, meaning the "real" price was MSRP—plus $5,000 in unnecessary add-ons. That alone should have been my cue to walk out, but then they pulled another sleazy move. The sales manager took my car keys to appraise my vehicle, and when I asked for them back to leave, he was conveniently nowhere to be found. After wasting my time—forcing me to walk to my car—the sales manager suddenly appeared and finally gave me their “best price,” which turned out to be the online price all along. It took almost two hours just to get a straight answer. This dealership wasted my time and left me feeling completely trapped. Avoid this place at all costs. More
