I had a good overall experience at the KIA dealership, especially working with Lillian. She was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Within 4 days, the problems were addressed and resolved, and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle during that time, which I appreciated. However, the process for handling these issues of the loaner definitely needs improvement. you need to go to a Hertz office to pickup vehicle and the service there was horrible. In the end, I’m satisfied with how things were resolved, but there’s room for improvement on the service side More
