Improvements needed in the service department. Made an appointment but when I arrived I was told my car wouldn't be ready until 6 pm. My appointment was for 11 am. My initial visit to the dealership was amazing and it seemed like the service managers and mechanics tried to quickly resolve my problems in the most efficient and cost effective ways. When I booked my appointment online and then checked in- the price quoted online tripled in person and was not consistent with what I originally ordered/requested. I ended up having to go down a service package, which was still twice as much as to what I was quoted. I was given a ride because no rentals were available, despite having reserved one online. I totally appreciated this. I was also picked up when my car was finished. That said I waited 40 mins for my car after payment, because apparently the vehicle had been misplaced. In fact the valet hit the panic button twice in order to find the vehicle. The funny part is- I didn’t know I had a panic button on the car fob until that occurred. And upon payment, the price quoted online tripled by the service manager had increased another $100. When I asked finance the question, they told me I needed to talk to the service manager. I did and he realized it was a misquote and corrected the problem. I don’t know if they just happened to be super busy the day I went, but I felt like I was a burden to everyone and no one took the time to make sure they were doing their due diligence. I was definitely disappointed. More
