As an owner of an elderly Acura which has always been dealer-serviced. I am familiar with the cost of dealer maintenance, but the benefits of that service include the Acura backing, and in particular the dealer-serviced. I am familiar with the cost of dealer maintenance, but the benefits of that service include the Acura backing, and in particular the knowledge and professionalism of my long-time service advisor, Saili Triana. On this occasion she was able to correctly diagnose the source of a noise which had stumped technicians for quite awhile. Additionally, the actual cost of repairs was BELOW initial estimates. I am not unfamiliar with cars and what makes them tick, but Sally's expertise is always a source of pleasure and gives me confidence that the work I want done WILL be done. She is a credit to the Esserman organization and I hope her value is appreciated. She and employees like her have convinced me that buying another Acura is the right choice for me. More

When my car died after 170k plus miles in less than 9 years, it helped to have a service team that I could trust. I'd been bringing my old vehicle to Esserman for approximately 9 years. It was always serviced by Saili Triana's (service rep) team of technicians. Saili always made sure to provide complete information regarding the service needs of my car, which allowed me to make informed decisions. When my car finally died, she provided the options; repair with warranty or get a new vehicle. I decided to get a new vehicle. Saili who works in service, took time away from her duties to personally find a sales manager to handle my new purchase. Needless to say, the vehicle search and subsequent transaction was extremely smooth. Plus, 10% of my total 9 years of service dollars was applied to my vehicle purchase. Can you say sweet deal? The sales and finance managers were straight-up with no games being played. Of course you have to play to negotiation game, but I didn't leave feeling like they'd had there way with me. I found my deal to be equitable for all parties. The delivery of the vehicle was seamless as well. Paperwork signed. Clean vehicle delivered. Sales team walked me through amenities and I was on my way. Follow up calls about the experience from the dealer was also a nice touch. From service to sales, Esserman gets it right and Saili Triana makes you feel appreciated and valued. It will be hard to ever buy from another dealer. More
