He even ranked what was most important and what I could hold off on fixing. Additionally I left a brand new pair of sunglasses in loaner car when I returned it. Rudy contacted the person who took the car and made sure to get the sunglasses and contact me so I could get them back! Thank you! More

Auto Service Came in to fix a flat tire and change the motors air filter. The service people at Esserman Intln. Acura are always very helpful and courteous. On this last visit, I had to wait about 30 minutes beyond their estimated time of one hour and ten minutes. I noticed on the invoice the R. O. Opened Time of service was correct but not the Ready Time. I had to wait at least an additional 30 minutes by the time I physically got my car. More
