Pleasant experience under the circumstances I didn’t tell the service department about an issue I had with transmission and also a piece of plastic at base of seat that broke off. They thought i I didn’t tell the service department about an issue I had with transmission and also a piece of plastic at base of seat that broke off. They thought it was just a standard service with oil change, rotate tires....just an hour at the most service. But when I asked them to check transmission and told them about seat, they were very accommodating. Sally was my service person. She asked me if I wanted the base of seat replaced, that they could do it but it would take awhile. I said yes. She told me she could take me wherever u wanted to be dropped off and they would pick me up when work was done. I opted to stay. It took a while like she said but I got some work done. They are always very very pleasant and accommodating More
