First Experience Was A Pleasure; Ideal Location and Price This was my first visit to Esserman International Acura and it has been very pleasant. I was on vacation in the area so stopped in for service and the This was my first visit to Esserman International Acura and it has been very pleasant. I was on vacation in the area so stopped in for service and they really took care of me from the time of arrival to completion. I was calling around to different dealerships to accomodate my recall concerns and an appointment was required but when I arrived at this location, they registered my vehicle in their system and not only performed the required maintenance but ensured both of my recalls were completed. Despite having to wait around 3 hours, Julian Alvarez and the rest of the staff ensured I was updated on the status of my vehicle and provided A1 customer service. My only suggestion would be to offer more selections of snacks and drinks in the customer lounge. If ever in the area again, I will surely return. More

I now live in Key West, was flying out of Miami for a long weekend trip and asked if I could have my RDX serviced a I had a bit of an unusual request.
