I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service experience with Doral Acura. I purchased a vehicle two months ago, and initially, incorrect information was included in the original vehicle purchase experience with Doral Acura. I purchased a vehicle two months ago, and initially, incorrect information was included in the original vehicle purchase document, which took almost a month and countless reminders to take care of. then the vehicle came in with a broken LoJack, which, to start with, should not have been the case I, as a customer, had to face, but even after the replacement of the locjack, it remains disconnected and is an issue that remains unresolved, and I am tired of contacting the sales team as well as the manager who assisted with the purchase. My calls, reminders, and messages are going nowhere. This has been a terrible experience, and I am forced to leave a negative review of my experience. Please stay away from this dealership!!! More
