Having been to other Acura service centers in the past, I can say with confidence that Esserman Acura in Doral is the best, and the one that I will keep going back to. Having that service center for my Acura with the attentive and kind Julian Alvarez as my service advisor is, indeed, a big relief and worth the long drive from where I reside. No headaches, no suspicions, no doubts, no delays and no problems. Only plain good and trustworthy service in a positive, courteous, competent and professional environment. Another plus is having the La Carreta Restaurant for a nice cup of coffee (which I love) while service is being done, and a big mall at walking distance. But, my regular maintenance visits have never taken long enough for me to feel tempted to go on a shopping spree, which is good :) More
