Defective leased vehicle/no resolution from Esserman Ac My leased 2018 RDX has been shaking and slow acceleration intermittently for months. Has been at Esserman Acura three times. Called Acura Headquarters Customer Relations who said they would look into it and eventually said to keep driving the car until they could get a specialist to go to Esserman Acura to look at the car. Its been two weeks and have heard nothing. Have already filed the first letter to begin the Lemon Law process after legal counsel. Meanwhile, a loaner was refused and have been having to drive my car worried where it will malfunction again. This was my 2nd Acura and definitely my last. Horrible customer service. More
