Easy breezy, unbelievable no words! I came across the Donohoo dealership through Car Gurus. I was really skeptical cause most internet dealers have tricks & gimmicks to attract clients. This was my 1st used car experience, I usually buy brand new. I loved the cars on the site, but still was nervous. I did the text chat & was later called by a salesperson, his name was Kyle. I was concerned cause he was so laid back, no pressured conversation. Told him I was from Tennessee & would be traveling to see my 3 choice cars. I was sent emails & phone calls but still no pressure. Now I had read the reviews for the most part they are stellar. I was still nervous but made the trip cause the prices were amazing, & hard to believe. Arriving we were impressed beautiful cars everywhere & salesmen spoke as we walking into the sales office. The receptionist were really sweet & so knowledgeable about what to expect. Now I had 3 cars picked 2 were already sold, I instantly expected my so far experience to come unraveled...but when the car pulled up & we were given the keys to test drive w/out a salesman we were shocked. Long story short, I drove away with a white 2-door Mercedes, I came for another Audi but fell in love with my new purchase. The whole experience was simple, NO stress! And Amazing! I will return for my next purchase. I'm soooooo happy. More
