Issue with sales guy I'm not one to usually complain but I feel the issue I had needs to be told and hopefully prevented with your other customers. To basically sum it u I'm not one to usually complain but I feel the issue I had needs to be told and hopefully prevented with your other customers. To basically sum it up, Jim our sales guy quoted us a monthly car payment of $477. I questioned him about this payment price because I had caculate with the interest rate what the monthly payment should be and he reassured me the $477 was correct that the calculations that were in his computer were not wrong. After going back and forth with him over the phone for two hours I received a call from Christopher in finance saying my car payment was $417.15. That a $62 difference in payment and that's a huge deal. We're talking several thousands of dollars. I told Christopher what Jim had been quoting me and I was very confused what was going on. Jim telling me $477 and Christopher telling me $417.15. I ended up telling Christopher I didn't won't to deal with Jim anymore. So basically I don't know where Jim got his figures. I wonder what have happened if I said okay to Jim to proceed with buying the car with the $477 payment. I wonder how he got his figure and how many other people he's quoted wrong prices too. Just really concerns me and my husband. I have one other tiny complaint. My car didn't have any floor mats which is totally fine and y'all are ordering them for me. But I think y'all should have paper mats to cover the floors in all the cars whether your buying or test driving. Right now I have towels in the floors while I wait for my floor mats. Anywho, other than that I had a good experience. My husband had bought several cars from you guys and never had any issues like the one we had with Jim. Thanks for listening, Kendall Scoggins More
