Excellent and uplifting Donohoo auto is set up very nicely. I spoke with a guy by the name of Trey and he not only helped us in our purchase but he uplifted my spirit in encouraging me to pursue my dream in ministry. I will never forget the conversation we had. It went from being about the car to being about life and situations that really matter. And when the purchase was complete they had someone sit me down and show me everything the car had to offer that way I wouldn't be confused with some of the features. They filled my car up with gas and detailed it for me when I made the purchase. I couldnt ask for anymore help or service. My only complaint was that it took a while for everything to happen but given the family atmosphere and comfort of donohoo auto I really didn't mind the long waits. Overall i couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Very easy and no hassle Keith our sales person was willing to do whatever was needed to get us in a vehicle. We shifted gears on him several times. Overall the experience was good. Overall experience was good. I came with a loan from my bank so that was already taken care of. I knew the car I wanted and they took care of the paperwork while I when to get something to eat. Things that I've noticed about the car after driving it home. 1. Tire air pressure was low. Average around 28. The car told me this not me checking them. 2. No windshield washer fluid. 3. Missing 2 valve stem caps. 4. It is now due service in less than 1000 miles from time of purchase. I know this was an "AS IS" car but attention to detail will bring customers back time after time. So that also makes me wonder if they detailed it like I told them on Friday before the Monday pickup. A great price is one thing and low doc fees are great, but if you miss the little things what does that say about the big ones. Thanks, John Soler More
