First car purchase from Donohoo I found out about Donohoo Auto about 7yrs ago while looking for a vehicle on EBAY although I never purchased any of my prior vehicles until my recent I found out about Donohoo Auto about 7yrs ago while looking for a vehicle on EBAY although I never purchased any of my prior vehicles until my recent purchase, I can tell you I was impressed with the way they sale cars, I've never seen anything like this, you come in the dealership some ask can they help you and once they find out what your needs are they direct you to the computers where you can view there inventory and pick the vehicles you are interested in and I guess it doesn't matter how many, I test drive 4 cars and they let you test drive all by yourself, you can go anywhere you want and not just some pre mapped route most dealers have. I had good experience dealing with Donohoo Auto and my salesmen Trey Anger. I would recommend them to all my friends. More

Great dealer and service shop! Test drove a 2016 jetta on Saturday, April 1st 2017. the car was clean and in order. Only issue was the front end had a small wiggle at 45 MPH. the folks in the service shop checked the alignment. Turns out it had a warped wheel. They replaced the wheel, detailed the car, and did a service inspection before I drove off the lot with my new car! Great dealing with such nice people. highly recommended! I'll be there soon to purchase my daughter a nice used car!!! More

I found a car that I was interested in and submitted the financing application. Finance was a little sketchy and tried to give me a very high percentage rate. I saved $2,646 in "finance charges" and was able to lower the length of my loan from 48 months to 36 months by going through LendingTree. When I arrived at the dealership for my initial test drive, I was greeted by a lovely lady with a smiling face. She called to get my car brought around but, I had to wait 15 minutes for the technician to get it there. It would be nice if that process could go a little faster. The first car that I tested had some safety issues that I wasn't satisfied with, but Jim assured me that the dealership was more than willing to get them fixed and even offered to have the vehicle delivered to me once the repairs were complete. I opted to test drive another car instead and had to wait another 15 minutes for it to get there. The moment I got in, I immediately knew the second one was the one for me. Jim was pleasant, patient, and personable. He didn't try to push me to purchase something that I wasn't comfortable with. Once my decision was made, Tina flew through my paperwork. Loved her accent! Last step was a mini training session with Adam. He was patient and pleasant and went over the various controls and options. When I drove off the lot with my car, I felt happy and confident with my purchase. I came to the right place, talked to the right people (with the exception of finance), and got the right car. My overall experience was AMAZING and I would highly recommend Donohoo in Pelham, AL to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Donohoo's website has a was well maintained which allowed me to pick out the cars I wanted to test drive before I ever arrived on site. Once I was able to come in, all of the cars were ready to go, with little to no wait time. I'm not a Pelham/Birmingham local so I had to drive two hours to get there but it was so worth it and I would it again in a heart beat. I was able to test drive, finance and buy within three hours. I would recommend them to anyone ! More
