Donohoo Chevrolet

Kept their word and made purchase easy I saw an ad for the NEW 2015 Silverado that I wanted at Donohoo. I emailed and called and asked them to hold the truck for me because I desired to bu I saw an ad for the NEW 2015 Silverado that I wanted at Donohoo. I emailed and called and asked them to hold the truck for me because I desired to buy it. Even offered my credit card to hold it; but the salesman told me he would pull it for me without needing the credit card hold. We worked out all details via email and telephone including getting financing approved before I ever left my house to go to pick up the truck. When I arrived the truck had been pulled and cleaned. The dealership was busy but got to me and my wife in a timely manner and we finished up what had already been agreed to via email and over the phone. They wanted to make sure I drove the truck first to ensure it was still what we wanted and I appreciated that because the deal had already been agreed to. I know Donohoo kept their word and we ended up with the truck we wanted. I shopped around long and hard for an excellent deal on a truck and Donohoo beat the nearest competitor by a sizable amount. I highly recommend Donohoo for any vehicle buyer that desires a positive experience when purchasing a vehicle. My experience from beginning to end has made me a fan of Donohoo Chevrolet. More

lacking in sales well I came in to take a test drive on a certain car they got it for me but could not tell me anything about the car except it was a one owner which well I came in to take a test drive on a certain car they got it for me but could not tell me anything about the car except it was a one owner which I already knew from my research on said car. I drove the car and told them some things that was wrong with the car that being said they took be in and ask me what it would take for me to buy the car I then told them and told them what I would pay for it, they said they could not do that so I left. The next day I was checking on line again and found the same car at the same dealer and it had been marked down to what I said I would pay for it , I thought I would get a call from the dealer to let me know they had marked it down but no call . I called them I told them I would take the car if they fixed the problems I had found the day before and have my paper work done when i got there which they was almost done when I got there but I did get there a little early . So I feel like I sold the car to my self and not one sales man is responsible for this sale .So saying this you need to pay more attention to your customers because some just won't come back I almost didn't but I liked the car is only reason you got my business. More
